Land Clearing in Gallatin, TN

Around Gallatin, most of the land clearing I get called for is acreage work: a field that's grown up in cedar over a few seasons, fence rows swallowed by brush, or a wooded tract a family is turning into a homesite. Farm-scale clearing prices differently than a suburban lot, and it usually comes down to how many acres, how dense, and whether you want the material burned, chipped, or hauled.

A pasture reclaim is one of the more affordable jobs per acre because it's mostly brush and young cedar, and the machine can cover ground fast. A wooded tract with established trees takes longer and adds stump work. If you're opening fence rows to run new fence, I can knock those out cheaply while I'm already on the property. I'll price the whole thing off a walk-around, not a phone guess.

Sumner County ground runs from flat bottomland that's been out of production to rocky hillsides above the lake. Bottomland grades easy but holds water, so I set the finish to shed storm runoff instead of ponding. Hillside lots need a lighter touch to avoid tearing up the slope. Either way I leave you a clean, productive piece of ground.
