Service Agreements

By hiring HBR Landworks L.L.C., you agree to the scope of work outlined in your custom quote. Any changes to the scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in your written agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Liability

While we take every precaution, HBR Landworks L.L.C. is not liable for undocumented underground utilities. It is the property owner's responsibility to ensure all utilities are properly marked prior to excavation.
