Land Clearing in Lebanon, TN

Lebanon is horse-and-farm country, and the clearing jobs out here run bigger than the suburban lots closer to Nashville. Reclaiming a pasture the cedars have taken over, clearing miles of grown-up fence row, or carving a homesite out of a wooded corner of the family land. Acreage jobs like these price on volume and disposal, so the first thing I figure out is how many acres and how thick.

A pasture reclaim on a Lebanon horse property is usually the best value per acre because it's mostly brush and young cedar the machine can chew through fast. Fence-row work is cheap to fold in while I'm already on the property. A wooded homesite runs higher because it adds tree work, stump removal, and a finish grade. I'll price all of it off a walk of the land, not a phone estimate.

Wilson County soil is a mixed bag. Some tracts have workable sandy loam, others hide rock a foot down or heavy clay that turns greasy after rain. That changes how fast the work goes and how I set the finish grade, especially where you need storm runoff to leave a pasture instead of standing in it.
